I like this a lot, and when I saw it, I added you to my watch list! Then I fav'ed it when I got back from work!

I love how accute the focus is! Lucky you with a Mamiya 6! ;)

Damn! I gotta get my Bronica out again!

the mamiya is a bomb. and the 50mm is probably the best medium (equ. 24-28mm) wide-angle I've ever used, sharp as ****, perfect rendition and bokeh and absolutely NO distortion.

Lovely! I have a 40mm for my SQ-A. I paid almost as much for that lens as the rest of the SQ-A kit (that I actually got pretty cheap). I asked the guy who sold it to me if it was rectalinear, and he told me no and laughed. "It's too high quality to be rectalinear, but it doesn't bend the lines if that's what you're worried about!". Wonderful lens! Here's an example at f/4. I have no idea why I don't use it anymore...

I really love this image. Nicely composed. Mysterious. Tells a small story.

I love the look of this photo. It just seems to have a soul.

But can you even still buy Rollei 400s?

:icontravelingman:
ah thank you! Might have to ship it all the way to the states to try it out, they don't seem to have it here.

So is it a result of the film for the look of this image? Or is it how you develop/process and print/scan it?

it's always both plus the way you expose it, right? ;)
